Raising Awareness and Promoting Understanding – COPD Educational Video from the Korányi Institute

NKIP

As part of Hungary’s campaign month, the National Korányi Institute for Pulmonology is presenting a remarkable educational tool: a short COPD awareness video that clearly explains the nature of the disease, its risk factors, and the importance of early detection in an accessible and relatable way.

The Aim

In the film, staff members of the institute not only explain the key messages clearly but also act out the scenes themselves, authentically portraying everyday situations. The aim is to help viewers recognise symptoms, better understand the disease, and feel encouraged to seek medical attention in time.

The Video

The video is available with English subtitles, and beyond its role in the campaign month, it will be made accessible to a wider audience, with the hope that other institutions and professionals will benefit from both its message and its format.

👉 Watch the video and discover how education and awareness-raising are becoming powerful tools in the prevention of lung diseases, through the everyday practice of the Korányi Institute.
